Every modern city has its own typical business district and in it are the city's landmark office buildings and most recognized structures with stunning architectural designs. For Yangon, we wanted to create an iconic office building. This 6 storey plus terrace garden building is an amalgamation of sustainable living attributes learnt from decades of non-green urban experiences. The exoskeleton structure of the building was exposed and the basic design was derived from that.
