The brief was to design this centre where facilitative assistance is given to small enterprises or start-ups. The structure has a sweeping form of stepped balconies for climate control given the extreme temperatures of MP. The entire structure is held by the vertical structural pillars creating an open air atrium. This form creates natural terraces on the north side of the building.
